After a long experience of 28 years of foundry practice, B. R. Technocast has commenced the New Foundry  with the name of Pooja Technocast to manufacture Gray iron, S. G. Iron, Alloyed Iron and Ni Resist castings as per Indian and Overseas Standards at Shapar (Veraval) Industrial Area situated about 17 kms away from Rajkot on the way to Gondal / Junagadh. Pooja Technocast is a process driven & quality conscious company which is substantiated by ISO-9001:2000 Certification awarded to us by TUV SUD. Quality is at the helm of everything we do. Our Quality Assurance parameters ensure that you will always get the right product every time.

We have installed Medium Frequency Furnaces 300kgs and 500kgs each of Inducto therm (India) Ltd., Cupola 18” The Mechanized Sand Plant, SJS 300 and SJS 450 Molding Machines are supplied by Shree Shakti Equipments, Coimbatore  to achieve  excellent quality surface finish with close dimension tolerance. Also the quality control wing is strengthened with the help of Q6 Quantron GMBH,Germany make on line spectrometer, Microscope with magnification of 40x, 100x, 200x, 600x and attached software determining shape, size, length, nodularity of graphite, phase etc., Chemical and Full Fledged Sand Testing Laboratory.
